The firm produce documents from small to large format using a combination of hardware and software systems that are required to print, copy and scan 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

  • The introduction of a Print Policy and Rules-Based printing software, which controls and manages the firms printed output towards the most cost and operationally effective means

  • When renewing the contract in 2012, we predicted a +£1m saving. Although the contract is not yet finished, we have already achieved savings of over £1.5m
