Client Comments

“From an aggressive change and implementation programme, which they achieved on schedule, M2 MDS have introduced new services and made service improvement suggestions on a regular basis. They understood our problems straight away including our Group structure and they communicated clearly and concisely, yet with authority to the Group.

They have been very successful in operating a joint venture and are currently our number one supplier, based on our supplier assessment programme and are one of only a few of our many suppliers who are rated as 5-star, which is testament to their on-going level of commitment.” – Stephen Jess, Network & Print Service Manager, Group IS
